According to R’ Ovadia Yosef there is no Sheva Brachot except in the house of the Chatan and the Kallah. However, one may say Asher Bara, however many Poskim argue that one may say Sheva Brachot anywhere. So, if ther are at least two guests who were did not attend the Chatunah then after Barech you say Sheva Brachot.
Explanation:
Mishna Pesachim 117a: Pour the third cup of wine and say Birkat Hamazon. Fi the fourth cup and say Hallel on it and say Birkat Hashir between these cups. (Rashi between the first and the last cups). If you want you may drink in-between the first and last cups.
The Yerushalmi asks (Pesachim 10:6) asks why is it forbidden to drink between cups? So you should not get drunk. But you already drank between the last two cups? Wine drunk after the meal makes you drunk but wine during the meal doesn’t.
The Rashbam (Pesachim 108a) first quotes the Yerushalmi and then adds that one may not drink in between because it looks like you are adding to the Four cups. In between first and second or second nad third that you did not eat, it looks like you are drinking wine to crate an appetite, not adding cups.
The Prisha says the prohibition to add to the four cups is since they correspond to the our words of Geulah ( in parshat Vaerea)if you add another cup it doesn’t correspond any more.
Shu”t Revevot Ephraim(2:129-18) anyone who drinks after the third cup transgresses Bal Tosef.
Tosfot writes the reason one may not drink after the fourth cup is to not dilute the taste of the Afikomen.
Shulchan Aruch (479) writes: …fill the third cup and say Birkat Hamazon on it and Borei Pri Hagefen and drink leaning and say a bracha acharona and don’t drink in between it and the fourth cup.
The Mishna Berura quotes the reasoning of the Rashbam and the Yerushalmi. In 481 he mentioned the reason of Tosfot as well.
The difference between them are
According to the Yerushalmi only alcoholic drinks would be forbidden but other drinks are fine. But according to the Rashbam the you can’t add to the cups and Tosfot it would be forbidden to drink other things since it might ruin the taste of the matzah.
According to the Yerushalmi and the Rashbam it owud be permitted to drink even alcoholic drinks ahic are not Chamar Medinak= would be permitted snc eyo can’t be yotzeh Kos shel mitzvah with it oweve according to the Tosfot it iwl stil ak away the taste.
